Requirements

Requirements for Intern/Trainee program: 
-    age 20-34
-    have the support of your family
-    for Intern, be presently enrolled in a university business program or have graduated  
            less than one year ago
-    for Trainee, have a university degree or a professional certificate in business plus
            one year of business experience, or have no degree or certificate but have five 
            years of business experience
-    speak English well enough to live alone and to help an organization in the USA
-    intend to return to your home country at the end of the program
-    be responsible, adaptable, adventurous, ambitious, self-reliant, and respectful
-    have no criminal record

Procedure to become a Trainee or Intern:
-    complete the application and provide the other documents
-    show financial support
-    prove availability of $2000 as emergency funds
-    complete telephone interviews and visa interview
-    bring credit cards or traveler’s checks totaling at least $1000
-    contact StaffTree when you arrive in the USA

Good Standing as a Trainee or Intern:
-    attend the orientations both at StaffTree and at your host company
-    comply with all policies and procedures for your host company and the program
-    keep health insurance paid
-    represent your country proudly
-    keep StaffTree informed of your address and telephone number
-    complete and return mid-term and final evaluations
-    maximum duration of training program is 18 months
-    return home at the end of the program
